スウェーデン出身のハードロックバンド／ヨーロッパの大ヒット曲で、1986年に発売されたアルバム「ファナル・カウントダウン」の先行シングルとして発売され780万枚の売上を記録した。
現在でも多くのミュージシャンたちがカバーして人気のある曲だ。
1992年から活動を休止していたが、2003年から再活動を始めている。
